The Biden admin is once again not playing by the rules but rather making their own.
According to a report in the New York Times, the Biden admin is considering declaring a state of public health emergency in order to safeguard access to abortion services. This is just one of several ideas being considered to use executive orders in order to legally protect doctors performing abortions if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
The action would almost probably be greeted with legal challenges, but the declaration of a public-health emergency might theoretically allow the Department of Health and Human Services to halt the state-based medical licensing framework. This would make it possible for doctors from blue states to perform abortions in states where abortion is illegal or limited.
Another extreme idea the Bidena admin has would bring women who want an abortion to federal institutions such as military bases, which are a kind of autonomous zone for state prosecution.
Just imagine that Biden wants American troops to protect abortion doctors who are literally killing American citizens.

The current panic within the Biden administration over abortion access comes after the surprise leak of a Supreme Court majority draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which would reverse the precedent in Roe legalizing abortion nationally. The Biden administration is also looking for loopholes around the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits paying for abortions with federal taxpayer money, and has evidently asked the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel whether federal funds could subsidize travel expenses of out-of-state abortion seekers, the Times noted. President Biden hinted last week during a TV appearance that his administration is exploring and exhausting all options to undercut the projected Supreme Court decision, which would return the abortion issue to the state legislatures to regulate in the absence of a federal mandate legalizing abortion.
Many on both sides of the aisle are fearing what could happen if Roe V. Wade is overturned. Earlier in the month, a man was arrested for allegedly trying to assassinate Conservative Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Many suspects that mass riots by radical leftists would occur outside of both the Supreme court and outside Justice’s houses.
The radical left has still yet to condemn the action of previous protests’ outside of Justice’s houses which leads many to believe that Democratic lawmakers are condoning the intimidation of Supreme Court Justices.
The Federal government has learned that by labeling a “health crisis” as an emergency they can practically rip away Americans’ rights. Just look at what the Biden admin did with the vaccine when they were still under the Emergency Use Authorization.
The age of checks and balances is slowly coming to an end and the Biden’s admins rhetoric is proof. Biden, however, has not always been against abortion but it wasn’t until his handlers (advisors) told him differently.
