Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz just announced that he's filed an ethics complaint against Nancy Pelosi for ripping up a copy of President Trump's SOTU speech.
After Trump concluded his SOTU address Tuesday night, Pelosi picked up her copy of his speech and tore it up behind him.
New footage from the event emerged today that showed Pelosi's stunt was actually pre-meditated (despite what she says). Right when Trump began talking about Rush Limbaugh half-way through his speech, a camera caught Pelosi secretly grabbing the paperwork and tearing a small slit in the middle.
