There were rumors. The Biden administration was secretly flying planeloads of legal aliens from Texas to locations across the country in the dead of night, refusing to alert state or local officials they were coming.
Now, as reported on Monday night by The New York Post, planeloads of underage illegals are being secretly flown into suburban New York in an effort by Biden to quietly resettle them across the area.
Last week, according to The Post, two charter planes landed at the Westchester County Airport in the Hudson Valley, north of New York City. Most of the passengers who got off planes appeared to be children and teens, according to The Post, with a small number appearing to be men in their 20s. Westchester police stood idly by as the whole thing went down. The flights have been underway since at least August.
So why the secret? From President “Unity,” champion of “A Time to Heal,” no less.
Because our intrepid “leader” not only doesn’t want us to know about the flights [Why else would they happen in the dead of night?], he doesn’t want voters to know how many illegals are being gleefully waved across the border and “redistributed” in our towns and cities. Joe broke it. Now he wants us to own it.
Moreover, according to The Post, families of the young illegals, who remain in Mexico, and Central and South America, haven’t been told where their kids have been shipped.
Here are some of the recent numbers, as provided by Fox News:
An analysis of online flight-tracking data suggests that around 2,000 migrants nabbed after sneaking into the US from Mexico have also arrived at the airport outside White Plains on 21 flights since Aug. 8. Records show some of the planes touched down between midnight and 6:30 a.m. — when a voluntary curfew is in effect — with two arriving from Houston at 2:13 a.m. and 4:29 a.m. on Aug. 20. The clandestine nature of the operation raises questions about how the White House is dealing with a surge in unaccompanied minors. The most recent figures from US Customs and Border Protection show that just during July and August, 37,805 unaccompanied minors were caught entering the US from Mexico — sometimes after being abandoned by professional smugglers known as “coyotes.”
The plot thickens. Again, via Fox News:
A source familiar with the operation at the Westchester airport said the underage migrants typically arrive carrying backpacks and are bused to locations including The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, upstate Newburgh and Bridgeport, and Danbury, Connecticut. On Friday night, one bus left the Westchester airport and barreled down the Hutchinson River Parkway — which is off-limits to commercial vehicles — at speeds greater than 75 mph before crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge. Around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, it stopped in Syosset, Long Island, at the campus of MercyFirst, a nonprofit sponsored by the Catholic Sisters of Mercy that provides housing and services for “children and adolescents who are the victims of societal problems,” according to its website. MercyFirst has a contract to supply the federal government with residential services for “immigrant youth,” according to the site. MercyFirst CEO Renee Skolaski didn’t return a request for comment.
A similar scene played out Saturday night in Jacksonville, FL, where many of the flights from Texas have touched down before continuing to Westchester. The Post saw a Boeing 737-700 land shortly after 10 p.m. at Jacksonville International Airport. As cops stood by, a group of illegals carrying duffel bags deplaned and boarded a charter bus near a dormant cargo terminal.
Clearly, this has been an ongoing program, clandestinely attempted by a lying Biden administration who says (or mumbles, in Joe’s case) one thing on the record, and turns right around and continually tries to snow (lie to) the American people.
From the Biden Border Crisis™ to the Biden Afghanistan Crisis™ to the Biden Inflation Crisis™ to the Biden Oil Crisis™ to the Biden Supply Chain Crisis™, the troubling song remains the same.
Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala “Root of the Problem” Harris waits in the wings, awaiting “the call.”
