Don’t want illegal immigrants to rampage through the country at will, often having their housing and lawyers paid for with your tax dollars despite the damage they do to our country?
Well, then Trump was your man. In Trump’s America, the illegal immigration problem was mostly solved and the issue that remained was how to deport the ones that were already here.
In Brandon’s America, however, asking for the government to keep the border secure is far, far too much to ask. Instead, he’s going to let them flood over in whatever numbers they want while the agents of the state stand idly by or are punished for intervening.
In fact, according to a statement to Fox News, the TSA is now letting illegals use their arrest warrants as ID at the airport. Rather than being arrested, they’re being allowed to flaunt their illegal status.
Fox News, which received that statement and reported on it, had this to say about the issue:
The Transportation Security Administration confirmed to Fox News on Friday that it allows illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants as an alternative form of ID to board airplanes.
“For non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who do not otherwise have acceptable forms of ID for presentation at security checkpoints, TSA may also accept certain DHS-issued forms, including ICE Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of an Alien),” a TSA spokesperson told Fox News. That refers to an immigration arrest warrant.
What a joke. Rather than just arresting the lawbreakers, they’re giving them papers and then letting them jet-set around the country. Wonderful.
But it gets worse. Here’s what happens if an illegal does in fact use that arrest warrant as ID to get on an airplane:
"All passengers whose identity is verified through alternate procedures receive additional screening before being allowed into the secure area of the airport,” the statement said.
That’s right; it’s not like this will cut down on work the CBP will have to do. It’ll still have to create a database of the illegals it’s letting travel around. But, rather than sending out an alert to arrest the lawbreaker that was caught by the database, as would be done in a sane society, it’s validated so that the illegals can get through the security checkpoint.
The agency added that the document will then be validated via an “alien identification number” being checked against a number of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) databases.
And we only found out about it because of Rep. Lance Gooden, who inquired about the issue. As the Daily Caller reported:
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) disclosed to a congressional office that illegal migrants flying without proper identification can use an arrest warrant as an alternate form of identification when presenting to airport security, according to a letter the Daily Caller News Foundation exclusively obtained.
Responding to Republican Texas Rep. Lance Gooden’s Dec. 15 inquiry about illegal migrants flying across the country, TSA Administrator David Pekoske explained that certain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents may be considered acceptable forms of alternate identification for non-citizens, including a “Warrant for Arrest of Alien” and a “Warrant of Removal/Deportation.”
What else don’t we know? Who else is being arrested and then allowed to travel around the country? In Joe Biden’s America, it’s impossible to know. In his world, criminals and their interests are given priority over law-abiding citizens and their interests.
